[Update 2024] How to Get B-Form in Pakistan from NADRA

In Pakistan, a Child Registration Certificate (also known as NADRA B-Form) is a mandatory document for every child, which is used to register minors under the age of 18 years. You can obtain Child Registration Certificate from NADRA by submitting the required documents and following the specified procedure.

What is a Child Registration Certificate?

A CRC (Child Registration Certificate) is mandatory under Pakistani law. It is mandatory for parents to register their children aged below 18 years at NADRA and obtain CRC. Prior to obtaining this certificate, you are required to obtain a birth certificate for your child. How to get a birth certificate? It’s simple! You just need newborn registration document to get a new birth certificate.

Documents Required for NADRA Child Registration Certificate

Under NADRA’s B-form requirements, a documented proof of child birth from the union council is required. You can obtain this document only from your area’s union council office.
Parents, applying for their child’s new CRC, will be required to present their CNIC.

In case, parents aren’t present or alive, then first blood relatives can apply for CRC. However, they will have to present Court Guardian Certificate to fulfil the requirements of NADRA’s B-form. In situations where parents have expired, a death certificate will be required by NADRA, and in cases where a child has been adopted, a Court Guardian Certificate will be required as part of NADRA’s B-form requirements.

How to apply for B-Form in Pakistan

You can apply for Child Registration Certificate (CRC) or B-form by going to the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).

Following are the steps which you will be following at the NRC:

  • You will be issued a token
  • Your photograph will be captured
  • Your fingerprints and signature will be taken
  • Your required data entry will be done and form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself
  • You will be handed over a printed version of your application form.

NADRA Form B Fee

Child Registration Certificate’s fee is Rs. 50 for normal category and Rs. 500 for executive category. You can request urgent processing of this certificate. Normally, Child Registration Certificate is issued within five working days.

B-form Delivery Time

Normal B-form will be deliver within One week. Executive or urgent B-form will be delivered within 24. As per writer experience you can take from Nadra Office after 24 hours.

To collect B-Form you must have a allotted token and Parent Original CNIC.

  1. which online form you are talking about.? in Nadra online portal I can only see POC NICP CNIC FRC, no B form to apply for child birth via online. I’m living in Malaysia can you pls tell me.?
