If you have a bike and a valid motorbike license then just fill a simple form

  • Bykea partners are required to read, understand and accept the “Driver Partner Code of Conduct,” which covers traffic rules, customer service guidelines, vehicle maintenance procedures and road safety instructions.
  • All Bykea partners must be aware of the safety procedures and should have basic first aid knowledge, which is normally provided by the company.

Safety and accidental coverage

In order to ensure the safety and security of Bykea partners/passengers, the company provides helmets for riders and passengers as they reduce the risk of death by 40% and risk of injury by 70%.
The company’s insurance policy covers Bykea riders and passengers. In case of an accident, the insurance policy covers both death/disability and hospitalization for Bykea partners and passengers.
It is mandatory for every Bykea partner to save an emergency contact number in their Bykea application.

    I am a Bykea partner and would like to ask some questions:
    1. I couldn’t book parcel or any delivery related rides; only customer rides can be booked. Why?
    2. How much the helmet and jacket costs?
