The First Step: Application Form

You must first get a hold on the Pakistani passport application challan form that is easily available at any authorized branch of National Bank of Pakistan.  After you’ve successfully acquired the challan form, deposit the fee at the nearest NBP branch.

  • The receipt of paid original bank challan
  • Original and two photocopies of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)/ smart card or NICOP for overseas Pakistani citizens

  • Original and photocopy of foreign passport (applicable for citizens with dual-nationality)
  • NOC is to be presented if you’re a government servant

If you’re aged under 18, then the documents needed for acquiring or renewing a Pakistani passport are;

  • Receipt of paid original bank challan
  • An original and two photocopies of Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC) issued by NADRA
  • Copies of parents’ CNIC
  • Original and photocopy of old passport (if issued)
  • Original and photocopy of foreign passport (applicable for citizens with dual-nationality)
  • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardian.

Fee Structure

You can either get your Pakistani passport in the normal course of time, or you can also get it processed on an urgent basis. You can ask for the validity of either 5 or 10 years. You are also provided with a choice of getting 36. 72- or 100-pages passport. Application Process of Pakistani Passport

  • Go towards the customer service counter and provide them with your original CNIC
  • You will be asked to sit in front of a camera and a photograph of yours would be captured

  • When your token number is called, go to the designated counter for biometric verification and data entry
